How delivery works
Websites, app work and video deliverables are handed over through the online delivery method agreed in your written project scope, such as a project link, file transfer or deployment handover. The agreement identifies the included files, access and handover materials.
When the delivery period begins
Estimates use working days and start after the agreed scope, required materials, access and any agreed advance are received. The written project agreement confirms the delivery schedule before payment.

These are the current base-scope estimates. Video quantities and complexity can extend the schedule as shown. Ongoing and custom work follows the schedule agreed in writing.

Changes, delays and ongoing work
We communicate revised dates if scope changes, dependencies or delayed feedback affect delivery. For ongoing maintenance, the service period, frequency of work and response schedule are agreed before payment. Custom projects receive their own written timeline after scope discussion.
Final handover and delivery issues
Ownership of specifically commissioned final deliverables transfers after agreed payment is received, subject to the written agreement and third-party licences.
