Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This website is operated by HASAD KHAN under the name Smart Web Agency.
Registered address: RZ 243, Raj Nagar Part 2, New Delhi 110077You may request cancellation before work starts or while services remain in progress. For a problem with delivered work or an incorrect payment, the Return & Refund Policy continues to apply.
How to request cancellation
Email us with your project or invoice reference and the reason for cancellation. We confirm the status of work and any third-party commitments before calculating a refund. Sending an enquiry or saving a brief is free and does not require cancellation.
Send your request to contact@smartwebagency.tech. Include your project or invoice reference, payment date and amount.
Before work starts
If you cancel before work starts, payments for unstarted work are refundable. Any third-party purchase you expressly authorized is considered separately; we explain any documented, non-recoverable cost. We do not impose an undisclosed cancellation fee.
After work starts
For cancellation after work begins, we provide an itemized account of completed work and expressly authorized, non-recoverable third-party costs. Any unused balance is refunded. Completed work is assessed against the agreed scope and milestones; an entire advance is not automatically treated as non-refundable.
Response and refund duration
Cancellation requests involving a refund follow our refund process: We acknowledge refund requests within two working days and communicate the review outcome or a progress update within seven working days. Approved refunds are initiated within seven working days of approval, or sooner where required by law, using the original payment route where available. Your bank or transfer provider may take additional time to credit the funds. Any provider fee or exchange-rate effect is disclosed and remains subject to applicable law.
Delivered work and your rights
If a deliverable is deficient, materially differs from the agreed scope, or is not delivered as agreed, contact us so we can investigate and offer an appropriate correction, revised delivery, or refund. Applicable statutory remedies remain available. A change of preference or a new requirement is reviewed as a scope change.
