This policy describes how Smart Web Agency uses information submitted through this website. For questions, email contact@smartwebagency.tech.

Information you provide

We collect the name, email address, phone number, service interests, project details, and optional budget you submit with an enquiry. If you sign in, we use your email address to send a one-time verification code. Saved briefs include your selected services, timeline, and project notes. Private payment requests also include your client name, email, agreed service scope, payment amount, invoice reference, provider transaction reference, payment status, expiry, refund records, and acceptance of the payment policies. We never collect or store full card numbers, CVVs, or card expiry dates. Please do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss project scope, verify sign-in, and keep the project briefs you save. We do not use enquiry details to claim you as a client or publish a case study without permission.

Email and delivery providers

Sign-in codes and project enquiries are sent through our configured Titan Mail account. Email providers and the website host process the information needed to operate these services. We do not sell your enquiry information.

Cookies and browser storage

After sign-in, an essential HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Signing out invalidates the session. While using the project page, a draft may be kept in browser session storage, scoped to your signed-in email. The current site does not add advertising or analytics trackers.

External services

Google Fonts is used for typography and may receive ordinary connection data such as your IP address. Clicking a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp. If you choose to share a saved brief there, its details are placed in a message draft; you decide whether to send it. When you continue to hosted payment checkout, the selected provider processes your payment under its own terms and privacy policy. This website receives only the references and status data needed to verify the payment. External services follow their own privacy practices.

Storage and retention

Enquiries and saved briefs are stored by the website backend. Verification codes expire after ten minutes; sessions expire after seven days. Project records are kept while needed to respond to or manage the enquiry, or as required for an agreed project. Contact us to request review or deletion of your information. We will explain any records we need to retain.

Security and your choices

We use server-side validation, limited sign-in attempts, hashed verification codes and session tokens, and encrypted connections to our email provider. Production connections use HTTPS. No system can promise absolute security. You can contact us about access, correction, or deletion of your information.

We may update this page when the website or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
